Three things WhatsApp cannot do on its own

WhatsApp Business was built for one person with one phone. Here is what changes when there is a team, a backlog, and real money moving through those conversations.

    Every conversation in one place

Those threads live on your staff’s phones today, where nobody else can see them, cover them or report on them. Connect the numbers they already use and every conversation lands in one inbox, with owners, notes and a history that stays when people leave.

    Follow-ups that run themselves

On its own, WhatsApp expects you to remember the quote to chase and the reminder to send. Set the intent once and it happens for every customer, including on the weeks you are far too busy to think about it.

    The difference

You are already doing this on WhatsApp

Your team answers customers on WhatsApp today, on their own phones. What changes is what the business can see, cover and prove.

    Getting started

Four steps to your first message

From connecting a number to your first automated follow-up. Your team keeps working the way they already do, and the whole business gets one shared inbox.

    1. Connect your numbers

Link the WhatsApp numbers your team already uses. Their contacts, message history and business identity stay exactly as they are, on the same handsets.

    2. Connect your tools

Bring in your store, your CRM, your inventory system. Over 50 connectors mean the products, prices and details you send in a chat are the ones already running your business.

    3. Write your messages

Set up approved templates, follow-up sequences and guided flows. Decide the timing once and preview the whole thing before a single customer sees it.

    4. Go live and watch it

Conversations land in the shared inbox from every connected number. Assign them, cover for each other, and see delivery, replies and response times as they happen.

    Integrations

    Over 50 connectors, and counting

All the major e-commerce platforms, CRMs, inventory and accounting systems, and more. A WhatsApp conversation updates the rest of your stack without anyone retyping it.

    Data and security

    Customer conversations are sensitive

Digicore is built so that what your customers tell you stays between you and them — and stays under your control.

Built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform

We run on Meta's Cloud API, not an unofficial workaround. Your number stays verified, your green tick stays put, and nothing risks a ban.

    Your customer data stays yours

Conversations are stored in the UK (London) by default and never leave your workspace. Export everything or delete it outright, any time, without asking us.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Every message is encrypted on the way in and on the way out. Only the teammates you invite can open a conversation, and every action is logged.

    Never used to train models

Your chats and your customers' details are not used to train our models — or anyone else's. No exceptions buried in the small print.

    FAQ

    Questions, answered

Do I need a new phone number to get started?

No. Your team keep the numbers they already use, on the handsets they already carry. We connect each one to the platform and their contacts, chat history and business identity stay exactly as they are. There is no new number to announce and nothing for your customers to save.

Can my staff carry on using the WhatsApp Business app?

Yes, and most do. They reply from their own phone exactly as they do today, and the same conversation appears in the shared inbox at the same time. Nothing to migrate, and no new app to force on people who did not ask for one.

What can the mobile app do?

It gives your team the shared inbox on the go. Each person sees the conversations assigned to them, with push notifications, delivery and read status, and quick replies from their phone. Roles and assignments keep everyone on the threads they own.

How do sequences and stop-on-reply work?

A sequence is a series of timed follow-ups triggered by something happening: a quote sent, an enquiry received, a booking made. When the customer replies, the sequence stops itself. Nobody gets chased about something they have already answered.

Can I message customers who have opted in?

Yes. Digicore sends through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, at the volumes Meta permits. You are responsible for having opt-in from the people you message; we handle the approved templates and the messaging rules that go with them.

    How long does setup take?

Connecting a number is quick. Bringing in your catalogue and building your first follow-up sequence usually takes an afternoon, depending on what you already run on, and we will do it with you. No developer is needed to get started.

Will you help me set it up?

Yes. Book a call and we will connect a number with you, link Shopify, WooCommerce or your own API, and get your first follow-up live. Most teams are sending in the first session.

Which tools does Digicore work with?

Over 50 connectors, covering all the major e-commerce platforms, CRMs, inventory and accounting systems. The products and prices you send in a chat are the ones already running your business. There is a custom API too, if you would rather wire it yourself.

Do messages come from my own number, or some generic bot?

Your own. Everything goes out from your team’s own WhatsApp numbers, so your customers see the person and the business they already know, not an unfamiliar line.
